Weekly Social Media Tip Don’t spend so much time worrying about the “best” time to post on social media that you end up not posting at all. If you are regularly posting content that gets people to engage, they will see your posts more often. Engagement can be as simple as liking or commenting on one of your posts or watching your Stories from beginning to end. And one of the best ways to get engagement is by asking questions.

"The pursuit of likes has become synonymous with achieving success on social media. However, let's question this belief. Are likes truly an accurate measure of impact, or are they simply a fleeting indication of surface-level engagement?" #SocialMediaTips #MarketingStrategy

Boost Your Social Media Engagement: Get the Support You Need! What are you working on? What do you need some support with? Tell me in the comments or send a DM. Having a blast doing the daily videos on Tik Tok and then repurposing to You Tube and Instagram. Good to see some growth on all of those from simply posting. It isn't about the metrics. It is about taking action. The metrics come after the action. Repurposing is your friend. What are you repurposing?

I just read a great article about how understanding social media algorithms can really boost engagement. One part that stuck with me was how posting consistently with good content actually helps the algorithm “learn” to show your posts more. This hit home for me because as a social media manager, it’s easy to forget that consistency isn’t just for looks, it really helps get your posts in front of people. Another thing I loved was the focus on engagement over just growing follower numbers. It’s a good reminder that building real relationships is way more important than just getting more likes or follows. What’s one thing you’ve done to get the algorithm on your side? I’d love to hear your tips! Also, here’s a picture that sums up how I feel when a post finally goes viral!

I write, edit, and distribute content for businesses. Helping businesses grow through human, engaging content.
Do you reply to comments on your pages? Posting alone is only part of your company's social media strategy. You also have to, well, be social. Somebody at your company should be replying to comments and engaging with others. Show people there are human beings behind your posts.
