🌟 Reflecting on a Powerful Moment from the Top Producer Panel 🌟 I recently had the privilege of speaking at a prestigious panel event, and I wanted to share a moment that resonates deeply with my philosophy on teamwork and success. Here’s a glimpse into what drives our team at the core: "I believe that one person can make or break a team. That's why I choose my team with the utmost care—not just as employees, but as family. We don’t just work together; we share a mission, a vision, and a passion. Our success is driven by our commitment to each other and to every client, whom we treat not just as customers but as part of our extended family. We're in it to win it, together, driven by love and the shared goal of turning your success stories into our success stories." This ethos has shaped our journey and will continue to guide us as we strive for excellence. If you resonate with this vision, watch the full clip from the speech and see what sets us apart. Let's connect, grow, and succeed together. Because when you choose to work with us, you're not just choosing a team; you're choosing a family that fights for your success every step of the way. #Teamwork #Success #Family #RealEstateExcellence #TopProducerPanel

One word that defines a strong company culture? That’s a tough one. Research shows that when it comes to culture, people need both alignment and connectedness. They have to rationally know what the culure is, believe it’s right for them, and be able to demonstrate the behaviors. They also have to emotionally identify with the culture, care about it, and—perhaps most importantly—feel they belong with it. Thanks to Chuck Gose for hosting such an interactive and insightful conversation and to Ann Melinger for capturing this moment!
CEO @ Brilliant Ink. Nearly 25 years in Internal Communications. Speaker. Helping internal communicators get it done AND get the credit they deserve!
🤔 "What is ONE WORD that defines a strong company culture?" Listening. Belonging. Intent. This is just one small slice of the insights shared at yesterday's Attune Philadelphia, hosted by Firstup. Big shout-out to our host Chuck Gose (and his idea for a brilliant panel discussion!) and the comms leaders who fearlessly shared their one-word answers to this question and more - Suzanne (Amarant) Lane, Kimberly Jaindl Brannigan and Tara Keener. 🤩 It was so great to re-connect with old friends (Pinaki Kathiari, Brielle Saracini, Erin Sherwood) and meet some new ones (David Williams, Lonnie Hopper, M.A., Britt Musolino, Christine Clayton, Alexis Ebsworth, Alura Neumyer, Jamie Zingaro)! 🤗 Being in community with internal communicators is one of the most energizing and rewarding ways I get to spend my time. 🔆 Thank you Firstup! Now - what's YOUR one-word answer?

During her time as an EOS Implementer, CJ DuBe' has seen her fair share of company culture. She began to see a particular type of company culture over and over, so often that she decided to name it: "Suck it Up Culture." The thing about "Suck it Up Culture" is that it just, well... sucks. Here's CJ DuBe', co-author of "People: Dare to Build an Intentional Culture," to dive deeper.
