Hi everyone Do you want to support PTTR Ltd? Did you know that we receive no government funding - either federal or state? Philanthropic grants and donations are our primary means of support. :) So here are 3 ways you can help make sure we can keep on supporting over 100 PTTR communities across Australia! 1) Make a personal donation through our Justgiving page. They will provide you with a tax receipt, or follow the link on our website. www.paintthetownread.info 2) If your organisation would like to make a donation, contact me at bb@paintthetownread.info, and I can issue you an invoice and/or tax receipt. 3) Buy a ticket/s in the 2024 People First Community Lottery with the total value of your lottery ticket/s coming to Paint the Town Read! We just need to sell the tickets. Tickets are only $2 each and you go into the draw for a chance to win one of 52 prizes worth over $300,000. The lottery is funded and run by People’ First. They invited us to join the Lottery. It would be great if everyone could help us raise money this year, by buying tickets and/ or spreading the word amongst family & friends. How to buy tickets? Head to https://lnkd.in/gsbK9BHr, find Paint the Town Read and click buy tickets. Unfortunately, it doesn’t include WA…probably because WA already has the terrific LotteryWest, which has funded PTTR events in the past in WA. So WA folk, ignore this request, and focus instead on the other 3 ideas above. :) To slightly change one of our PTTR rhymes: Giving is fun - from Day 1 Did you hear what I said? Paint the Town REaD!

The name Children's Legacy Partnership is always a mouthful! Back when I started the foundation finding a name that conveyed our vision was challenging. I wanted it to be short but it was hard to find a name that wasn't taken. After a lot of brainstorming the name grew out of what we hoped to accomplish. Boys & Girls Club Kids Interviewed About Their Experiences as Members By: Matt Cutrer Posted: Wednesday Oct 16, 9:00 PM DONATE HERE: bgcconchovalley.org SAN ANGELO, TX — The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Concho Valley offer some the most productive, effective, & necessary programs for our local youth that they often fail to receive from traditional schooling. CEO Tiffany Parker said it best by explaining that, “The Boys & Girls Club stands in the gaps for our local youth.” In other words, the programs and services offered by the Clubs are often real-world skills and practical thinking and application methods learned from programs such as Money Management, Premature Sexual Activity Prevention Programs, & much more. Unfortunately the local Boys and Girls Clubs are on the brink of staff downsizing & program cuts due to lack of funding. The Clubs are reaching out to the San Angelo community & surrounding areas for help & support. Many residents don’t realize that the local Boys & Girls Clubs rely solely on local donations/funding. In fact, many believe that the Boys & Girls Clubs receive grants/funding from the state or National level, which is not the case. We are calling upon the San Angelo & the Concho Valley community to activate its famous philanthropic prowess and put the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Concho Valley at the center of our community’s fundraising efforts. You can directly donate by clicking the following link or you can contact CEO Tiffany Parker if you or your organization is interested in setting up specific fundraising endeavors. DONATE HERE: bgcconchovalley.org If you are unable to DONATE, please @ least SHARE this post and others like it, during this campaign to help spread awareness throughout the Concho Valley. #sanangelosoup #sanangelotx #conchovalley #boysandgirlsclub #donate fundraising
