If your client is operating in Liberia and preparing to launch a major mining operation, it is imperative that these positions be prioritized for Liberian nationals. With the country facing an unemployment rate exceeding 85%, it is crucial for your client to consider local talent rather than opting for expatriates to fill these roles. The natural resources are already been shipped in raw form, putting Liberia at a disadvantage, thus; bringing in foreign nationals to fill high level positions such as these does not align with Liberia's best interest.
