Combined roller and spray coating The combination of roller application and spraying has several advantages. Two to three coats of roller coated basecoat at approx. 40 g/m² with 98% transfer rate and one coat of topcoat using the spray coating technology at approx. 120 g/m² and 50%-60% transfer rate will result in a very good surface quality, but significantly more effective in terms of cost/m² than a conventional build-up with just spray coated layers.
