I've wanted the job at Blizzard Entertainment for 15 years and nobody has noticed or cared or said a single word this entire time and I've never been given a single job interview despite them knowing and seeing my portfolio as great this entire 15 year time span. They've seen me work all these years but everyone has only cared about themselves, and no one even tries to communicate at all. When I communicate they hassle me to tell me have bad reputation for nothing do. When I don't say anything for years and years I'm ignored anyway. Either way both methods of communication is the same I'm always ignored for 15 years straight. I've been building my businesses daily literally as a literal mobile phone handheld format Nintendo Switch console device of Activision Blizzard Entertainment of all several millions of products handmade stored in Microsoft boxes/worldwide scaling Shopify subscribers to 100,000+ etc overtime businesses and channels and nobody in the industry has noticed or paid attention or said a single word the several millions and millions and millions of assets have done several business accounts for everyone and everybody. None of the artists, nobody in the industry says anything or a single word for 15 years despite everyone knowing put in the overtime work for them all this time span of 15 years. Making a mobile phone format of Activision Blizzard Entertainment flipped around and been working on this project past few years. That means several millions and millions and millions of assets, products and work was done as well as finished and am scaling subscribers/customers now to large channel or millions overtime. And all that work was done as well as finished before anyone in the industry said a single word or tried to communicate at all. And they are in my business accounts and nobody else's. Several millions of assets/products/work was done before anyone has tried to say a single word for 2 decades as well as completed. :) I'm building these while working on school in Finance and Nursing. Finishing my Finance BA over 6-8 months and be a Travel Nurse. I would like to use my Media Degree for jobs in Los Angeles, California as well. #blizzardentertainment #blizzard

As if layoffs weren’t scary enough, now a new trend and threat is emerging: TRAP (Training Repayment Agreement Provision) employment clauses. Not only is this a disgusting practice (hopefully it becomes outlawed as quick as non-compete are starting to become) but also completely self-defeating. If you have to resort to tactics like this to retain talent (let's not get started on what this signals out on your efforts to attract talent in the first place) then you have lost the talent retention battle a long long time ago.
