KeyFactor EJBCA software is one of the open-source software products that supports ATO PKI requirements. This PKI solution supports a number of critical applications within the ATO: • myGovID - provides a contemporary digital credential and identity verification solution that enables clients to enrol and authenticate at a time, place, and device of their convenience. The solution delivers a high level of confidence in the accuracy of the client’s identity through biometric matching to documents issued by trusted Australian third parties (e.g., driver’s licences and passports). The credential is a device-based authenticator app, paired with native authentication (such as a fingerprint or facial verification) or password. • RAM/Machine to Machine - Relationship & Authorisation Manager (RAM) is a whole of government digital solution where individuals and businesses can set up and manage their relationships and authorisations for Government services. This includes the creation of machine credentials to interact with government. • ATO Mobile application – The ATO’s mobile app that enables individuals to seamlessly and quickly interact with the ATO and includes a secure logon using device native features such as face-id. • AUSid – a desktop credential-based solution that supports foreign entities to report GST to the ATO Required outcomes The ATO has an ongoing requirement to deliver secure digital capabilities and platforms to enable client, intermediaries, and machine-to-machine environment bonding, and as such requires ongoing support services from KeyFactor for the EJBCA software as per the scope.
