How will expanding the school day support students? In a recent report by the Laidlaw Foundation, a proposal has been put forward to lengthen the school day to increase students' access to co-curricular activities such as art, music, and sports. This idea is to support the wellbeing of many students who at present do not have access to opportunities such as these, opening up the doors to wider skills and learning opportunities.
