If you search “Ghost Job Postings” you are going to find articles and articles about non-job companies post to “look good.” Ghost jobs are becoming more common, leaving us job seekers feeling frustrated and hopeless. It's not enough to present a strong application and do your research – now we have to worry about whether the job is even real. According to recent articles from Entrepreneur, Forbes, and HuffPost, ghost jobs are becoming a widespread issue. These "positions" are posted with no intention of hiring anyone, leaving job seekers to waste their time and energy on applications that will never be considered. It's disheartening to think that corporations are taking away even more from us out here grinding to find a good place. The job search process is already stressful enough, and now we have to deal with the added frustration of potentially applying for a job that doesn't even exist. Talk about demoralizing. Well, keep pushing forward and stay determined to find a job despite the efforts of corporations. We can control our attitude and keep our mental state intact despite their best efforts to crush us. Take time to meditate and reflect on your own journey. May we all find peace and acceptance in ourselves living a life free from pain and suffering.
