This year, my family and I are taking part in the Out of the Darkness Community Walk with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. We are walking with a Team organized by Sam Sheeder to raise awareness and much-needed funds for suicide prevention, an issue that has touched us personally, as I know it has for so many others. Hey, brainiacs! I'm taking part in the push up challenge for Mental Health.
