Last week, I had an interesting exit call that took an unexpected turn 🤫 A  team member was ready to explore new horizons, and as we discussed their journey, I took a moment to truly listen. They shared what they had been passionate about, and where they saw themselves heading next. And in that moment, it all clicked. 💡 Amid our conversation, I recalled an opportunity outside our organization that perfectly aligned with their goals. Without hesitation, I connected them with the right team, turning what was meant to be a farewell into an incredible new beginning 💫 This experience reminded me of something important: our employees are more than just their current roles. They’re a vital part of our organization, and sometimes, all it takes is a conversation to uncover new possibilities. In my view, once you join the team, you're always part of the team - regardless of where your journey takes you.
