SSP celebrating our heritage in South Africa and around the world September is Heritage Month in South Africa, with 24 September demarcated as Heritage Day. It’s a holiday dedicated to recognising and celebrating the diverse cultural heritage of the country’s people. It’s a day when South Africans of all backgrounds come together to honour their traditions, languages, histories and the many cultures that make up the nation’s rich tapestry. At SSP Limited heritage is more than just a word – it's the foundation upon which we build our future. Our company’s rich history is a testament to decades of commitment, innovation, and an unwavering dedication to our clients and partners. From our earliest days, SSP has been synonymous with pioneering solutions in the software industry. Our heritage is steeped in a tradition of excellence, where each milestone has been a stepping stone toward achieving greater heights in serving our customers. This legacy of innovation is something we carry forward with pride, as we continue to evolve in an ever-changing technological landscape. Our heritage drives us to maintain the highest standards in everything we do. It's a reminder of the countless hours of development, the challenges overcome and the trust built with our clients. This legacy of perseverance ensures that we remain committed to continuous improvement, always pushing the boundaries of what's possible. And while we honour our past, we are equally focused on the future. The values and principles that have guided us from the beginning continue to inform our strategies today. Our heritage is the bedrock upon which we develop cutting-edge solutions that not only meet the needs of the present but also anticipate the demands of the future. Our clients trust us because of our proven track record. Heritage, in this context, means reliability – it means knowing that SSP has the experience and expertise to deliver results. It’s this trust that allows us to forge long-term partnerships and collaborate on transformative projects that shape industries. As we look to the future, we do so with a deep respect for our heritage. It inspires us to innovate, to challenge the status quo, and to continue providing the high-quality solutions that have defined SSP for decades. Our past is our guide, but it is our forward-thinking mindset that will continue to propel us and our clients to new horizons. At SSP, heritage is not just a reflection of where we've been—it's a promise of where we're going. We wish our colleagues and clients in South Africa a happy Heritage Day for 24 September.

🗓 UNCEM Piemonte held another online meeting with its stakeholder group on April, the 5th. 👥️️ The meeting involved the stakeholder group working on the territory of Saluzzo municipality and surroundings. 📈 The group has brought some interesting research documents from their activities on the territory, that will be really useful to complete our BS analysis. 📖 We introduced the Peer Reviews activity to the group in order to understand the capacity to carry on a Peer Review in the territory of Saluzzo municipality and surroundings. The group has given positive feedback. It emerges that it will be useful for them to see some approach of the northern Europe country where the approach to migrants’ working integration is more effective through the actors, data are more available and so resources are spent better and optimized. Also, being us an arrival country but not a staying one, the opportunity to understand what these countries/partners offer to migrant that is so appealing for them. Interreg Europe

7/15 🌟 Honoring 15 Years of Mieux! 🌟 The MIEUX Initiative, the project I have been working on for more than a decade, is coming to an end. Therefore, I will share one reflection or anecdote for each year of MIEUX. This is the 7th one. How did the distribution of Actions under MIEUX+ from 2020-2024 compare to previous phases? 🌍 ❔ Africa: 11 Latin America and the Caribbean: 10 Eastern and Southern European Neighbourhood: 7 Asia: 4 Africa emerged again as the region with the highest number of Actions, underscoring the importance of MIEUX's efforts in addressing migration opportunities & challenges on the continent. Under MIEUX+, we observed a notable increase in Actions in the Eastern and Southern European Neighbourhood. Meanwhile, the number of Actions in Latin America and Asia remained relatively stable in terms of absolute figures. Interesting is also that all Asian Actions were implemented in Central Asia, while no Actions were implemented in South-East Asia during this last phase. Additional details regarding the migration topics addressed in each phase of MIEUX will be provided next week.
