Standing 25 storeys high in the City of London, Ropemaker was completed in 2024. It’s thought to be one of the tallest stone-clad constructions to be created in London since St Paul’s Cathedral was built in 1675. We spoke to Frank Filskow partner at Make Architects about how he worked with CO-RE and Old Park Lane Management to create Ropemaker. A building that focuses on prioritising the wellbeing of its occupiers, Frank explains how this has been achieved, including achieving a BREEAM 2018 ‘Outstanding’ rating.
