𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐛𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 🙌 As I reflect on my journey in event production, I can’t help but think back to my very first project. I was filled with excitement and nerves, but what truly stood out was the incredible teamwork that unfolded. In those high-pressure moments, each team member knew their role inside and out. The trust we had in one another was palpable. It was this trust that allowed us to navigate the intensity of the production seamlessly. When challenges arose—and they always do—we leaned on each other, adapting quickly and creatively. What I’ve learned is that during demanding productions, focus is everything. The energy required can be overwhelming, but a strong team transforms that pressure into a shared mission. We weren’t just executing tasks; we were collaborating to create an unforgettable experience. Every role is crucial, whether it’s the sound technician ensuring flawless audio or the creative team crafting engaging visuals. It’s about creating an environment where everyone feels empowered to contribute their unique strengths. (And sometimes, teamwork means carrying a horse together! 🐴) As I continue my journey in live communication, I carry these lessons with me: the importance of trust, the power of collaboration, and the magic that happens when a team operates as one. I’m grateful for every team I’ve worked with and excited about future collaborations. But I'm most thankful for the great team I have at ZIBERT + FRIENDS live GmbH Elena Panizza Kathrin Maubach Magdalena Grünbauer Marc Zimmer Sandra Franke-Simon Viktoria Popfinger 💚 #Teamwork #EventProduction #Collaboration #LiveCommunication

Celebrating 2 Years at Creativefuel 🎉 Two years ago, I started a new phase of my career at Creativefuel, and it has been an incredible journey filled with growth, learning, and gratitude. 🌟 Lately, I’ve come across posts on LinkedIn where some HR professionals indirectly criticize organizations for not involving HR in decision-making. As an HR professional, I believe this approach spreads unnecessary negativity. A true HR leader focuses on solutions, not complaints. If your organization doesn't value HR, it's an opportunity to communicate constructively—or perhaps find a better place that does. I’m fortunate to work at Creativefuel, where HR is empowered to make decisions and collaborate closely with the founder’s office. Transparency, trust, and mutual respect define our workplace. Whenever I’ve proposed changes or new ideas, they’ve been approved almost instantly—because here, HR is seen as a core part of the company’s success. To my fellow HRs: Let’s use this platform to share positivity, celebrate our wins, and uplift each other. Instead of asking for appreciation, let’s earn it by driving real impact within our organizations. Thank you, Creativefuel, for trusting me and giving me this wonderful opportunity. Here's to more milestones together! 🥂 #WorkAnniversary #HRLeadership #Gratitude #CreativeFuel

The next OLLIDAY is almost here and for those who don't know what Olliday is? This is your chance to find out. With Olliday S1 E4, the theme is as unconventional as the creators we’re spotlighting: 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐭 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐲. Join 𝐊𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐣 𝐊𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚, founder and Creative Director of 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐞, a storyteller who redefines the boundaries of art and culture, and 𝐒𝐢𝐝 𝐕𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐢, a music maverick who fuses electronic, jazz, and Indian folk into cerebral soundscapes. Two genre-breaking mavericks, they will give us a peek into the raw, disruptive power of confronting the unexpected, the uncomfortable, and the unapologetically original. Their work, like their personalities, refuses to fit into neat boxes; it blends the unconventional worlds of fashion, neuroscience, photography, art, psychiatry, music, narrative, and design. It’s a fusion that challenges everything—and everyone—that dares to label it. 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐭 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐲 isn’t about choosing the road less traveled—it’s about revealing paths that were never there to begin with. The work Sid and Kshitij create doesn’t just make you think—it makes you feel. It will raise your pulse, challenge your assumptions, and sometimes, even make you squirm. It’s not just provocative; it’s transformative. As we explore their individual yet intertwined practices, we invite you to experience work that demands your attention. This is art that can’t be ignored, a creation that unapologetically commands advisory. Mark your calendars for 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟑𝐭𝐡, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒. Doors Open at 6.30 PM. The show begins at 7.00 PM The reservation form will be open for 24 hours, so don’t wait to secure your spot for a night of electrifying creativity. https://lnkd.in/dj57S7nV #mumbaievent #socialevent #speakers #Olliday

When I worked on accessibility and inclusion initiatives at my last job, I found colleagues were eager to learn about ways to have more inclusive remote or IRL meetings and/or presentations... they just didn't know where to start. The amount of accommodations possible felt overwhelming and they didn't know what to prioritize. My answer was simple... just ask! I was recently buying tickets for a show and so pleased to see this simple question that would allow for more people to enjoy the production. Bravo, FringeArts! 👏 - - - ID: Form field for event registration that reads "To fully enjoy this presentation, I need....." with the following options: • Accessible seating • I do not need accommodations • Open captioning • ASL Interpretation • Audio Description • Companion Seating • Large Print Program • Braille Program • Other

🎙️ Getting the Best Out of a VO Performer in the Booth 🎙️ For us at One Line, working with VO talent is one of the best parts of any project. Here are a few things I’ve found that can make a huge difference in helping them deliver their best: 🗣 Know What You Want Clarity is everything. Taking the time to understand both the vision and the client’s expectations helps everyone feel confident about what we’re aiming for. It also saves the performer from endless takes that don’t feel quite right. 📖 Study the Script Showing up prepared isn’t just about efficiency; it’s about caring about the performance. When you know the script well, you can give context and direction that lets the talent shine, making the whole session smoother and more enjoyable. 🌞 Keep the Atmosphere Light and Respectful A relaxed performer gives a great performance. Keeping things positive, giving encouragement and allowing room for creativity goes a long way toward making a session memorable—for all the right reasons. Care to share any other tips for working with VO talent? #VoiceOver #GameAudio #CreativeDirection

We’re often told that success brings joy, but what if it’s the other way around? 🎇 Joy fuels creativity, collaboration, and progress. It’s the spark that powers our best work. It's what keeps us going through adversity. ⚠ Yet, with 62% of employees disengaged (Gallup, 2024), joy at work feels like a fading art. That’s a problem we can’t ignore. This has been a big part of what's been driving Caroline Keylock and me at LookUP over the last 18 months. We love helping teams rediscover joy at work, through the unique power of storytelling. And we try to have as much fun as possible doing it! Refuelling the Joy is the theme of our LookUP Substack. The first piece goes live today (link below). Tomorrow we'll release a framework to help you increase the quota of joy in your work. Enjoy! 📩 Contact us: matthew@wearelookup.com | caroline@wearelookup.com
