As common as an idea it may seem, gossiping actually is not a good way to spend your leisure time. Remember people who are talking to you about other people will also talk about you behind your back to other people.. Don't GOSSIP.. Instead talk to people about better things. #talk #GoodVibesOnly #good #dontgossip #gossip #lifelessons #mindfulliving #inspiration #consciouspreneur #newyork2newyou #ManojGuptaSpeaks

It's crucial to learn how to communicate assertively while maintaining a loving and respectful tone. 💗 This involves actively listening to your partner's perspective, expressing your thoughts and feelings clearly and honestly, and avoiding blame or accusations. 💗 Use "I" statements to focus on your own feelings and experiences rather than pointing fingers. 💗 Remember to show empathy, validate your partner's feelings, and strive for a solution that meets the needs of both individuals. By approaching disagreements with understanding and kindness, you can foster a more connected and intimate relationship. nikkimunitz.com 💛 #livelifewell #personalempoweringsolutions #healthythinking #nikkimunitz #holistichealing #counselling #traumainformedcare #healtogether #relationships #intimacy #selfesteem

Friendships are like plants in a Garden. They are to be nurtured and taken care of, but most of us take our friendships for granted and eventually end up abusing them. Our friendships thrive when we understand and connect with each other on an emotional level. Emotional intelligence helps us to recognize and manage our own feelings while also understanding those of our friends. It is also not about avoiding tough emotions but learning to handle them with care, empathy, and understanding. When we listen to our friends, empathize, and communicate openly with them, we create stronger, more meaningful bonds. Just like self-care, nurturing our emotional intelligence will help us to build a strong foundation of trust, support, and resilience in our friendships. Let’s also remember that it’s okay to feel things, but it’s also important to work through those feelings together. #EmotionalIntelligence #FriendshipGoals #SupportAndCare #StrongerTogether

It's natural for conflicts and challenges to arise in any relationship. But instead of falling into the trap of blaming our spouse or waiting for them to change, we must first look inward and assess how our own actions, communication styles, and emotional responses may be contributing to the toxicity. #SelfImprovement #MarriageTips #SelfGrowth #EmpowerHer #HealthyRelationships #RelationshipAdvice #PersonalGrowth #Empowerment

Why must we appreciate empathetic people in our lives? Empathy is the quality of person who understands others without judging or having an opinion about them. Sometimes, we go through pain or misery and feel like sharing our feelings with someone. When we fear that the other person will dismiss our emotions, make a mockery or belittle us, we try to keep it to ourselves, but when we know the other person is empathetic and will support our feelings, we feel comfortable and are able to open our hearts to them. Be there for others and carry empathy in your hearts. Try to put yourself in other person's shoes, do not criticise, and do not put anyone down even if it is their mistake. Empathy is sometimes the only support someone needs to get back on their feet again. #empathy #support #relationship #judge #dailymotivation #motivationquotes
