Dear Malaysian Airlines Team
My mother (Mrs. Kiran Sharma) travelled on your flight from Sydney to Mumbai on Nov 12, 2024, with booking reference 6EXSRO. On landing in Mumbai on Nov 13th, her checkin baggage was completely destroyed, and I raised a complaint for the same on your portal on Nov 14th reference BOMMH12042.
However, till date I have not received any update on this, whenever I call the your representative (Neha) at the Mumbai airport I am told to wait for 10-15 days. Further, I am unable to see any update on your portal as well, emails sent to your team also go unanswered.
Awaiting revert from your team on the matter.
Wow, the aviation industry is buzzing with excitement! 🛫✨ Did you know that the Seoul Incheon-Tokyo Narita route is set to be the third busiest international route in September 2024? With over 444,000 seats scheduled, it's a testament to the strong connections between these two vibrant Asian cities.
But what really caught my eye is the surprising presence of Ethiopian Airlines on this route with their fifth freedom flight. It's incredible to see how airlines are innovating and expanding their reach! 🌍
The busiest route? Hong Kong to Taipei, with a staggering 568,720 seats! Cathay Pacific alone operates up to 13 daily flights, many on wide-body aircraft. That's some serious capacity! 🤯
As a pilot, it's thrilling to see such dynamic growth in our industry. What are your thoughts on these busy routes? Have you flown any of them? Share your experiences below! 👇

Our forests are disappearing at an alarming rate. Over the past few decades, we've witnessed the devastating impact of deforestation, with millions of acres of lush, vibrant ecosystems being cleared for various purposes.
This alarming trend not only destroys the natural habitats of countless species but also contributes to climate change, soil erosion, and the disruption of vital water cycles.
It's time we take action to protect and restore our precious forests and oceans and finally Earth before it's too late.
