Wow !!! I am truly impressed with his leadership qualities. That's why Mr. Jamie Dimon has done wonders for his country, organisation, and the strongest asset which he holds, Human Resource.... I wish arrogant and selfcentred managers would listen to his speech, and try to improve themselves to become a better leader. As I have always mentioned, that Manager and Leaders both earn good amount of money...The only thing a Leader earns beyond a manager, is Respect & Loyalty. The unfortunate part, is that managers do not realise the power of Respect and Loyalty, which their organisation, clients and they as leaders would benefit... Try to be a Leader who only works in organisations and people's interests, and nothing beyond....
