Our team introduced Raymond Lean Management (RLM) to improve retention and optimize operations. Employees throughout the company were formally trained to continually identify wastes in their processes and submit improvement ideas to management. This, along with other small, high-impact changes, helped create a more engaged employee culture, resulting in higher morale, workforce retention, and better service for customers.
