Your material handling and intralogistics solutions provider may not be the first source you’d turn to for answers to employee retention issues, but when Hesselbein Tire Co., Inc., approached us for help they knew they had come to the right place.   Our team introduced Raymond Lean Management (RLM) to improve retention and optimize operations. Employees throughout the company were formally trained to continually identify wastes in their processes and submit improvement ideas to management.   This, along with other small, high-impact changes, helped create a more engaged employee culture, resulting in higher morale, workforce retention, and better service for customers. In fact, as employee engagement increased, the turnover rate decreased significantly, falling from 60% to 25%. Check out this video for the full details:
