As a woman from the East Coast of Canada, it is no surprise that I love lobster season. However, in the past few years, I have discovered a new reason to love this fascinating creature that goes far beyond the joy it brings to our family dinners. Lobsters undergo a remarkably uncomfortable and stressful process when their shells become too tight. This is physically taxing and causes considerable discomfort. Much like human beings enduring stress and anxiety, lobsters face a period of vulnerability as they shed their old shells, leaving them exposed and susceptible to predators. However, this vulnerability is not without purpose. During this period, lobsters actively seek out a new, more fitting shell to accommodate their growth. They meticulously scout for shells that provide the perfect balance of protection and room for expansion. This search is not always easy, yet through this arduous process, lobsters demonstrate resilience and adaptability. They confront the discomforts of shedding their old shells head-on, driven by the need to grow and thrive. Similarly, human beings face challenges that force them out of their comfort zones, propelling them towards personal growth and resilience. Just as lobsters emerge from their vulnerable period with a new, more fitting shell, human beings emerge from their trials with newfound strength and adaptability, better equipped to navigate life's challenges.

When it comes to relationships -professional or personal - care and attention fosters loyalty, an ongoing emotional relationship which arises from positive experiences. It works to build trust. Grantley Hall offers care and attention by the bucket load through exceptional customer care, so it was the obvious choice when putting together my dad's 90th birthday experience. From being escorted in with umbrellas on arrival, to the attention to our fine dining experience in a private room, to the hotel tour and golf buggy grounds tour, my dad felt like the king he is. Loyalty needs care and attention in itself. Gaining and maintaining people's loyalty takes ongoing commitment. Trust, which takes a long time to build, can be quickly broken and is difficult to repair. The subjects, that I appeared and passed by examination scoring above the minimum passing marks of 55% for each and every subject individually and in aggregate minimum 290 Credits to qualify to be awarded ACII, were: (1) Risk Management; (2) Life Insurance; (3) Marketing; (4) Commercial General Insurance; (5) Business Environment; (6) Insurance Law; (7) Risk & Insurance; (8) Principle of Takaful Insurance; (9) Aviation & Space Insurance and 10) Reinsurance  I have been in the Non-Life (General/ P&C) Insurance sector of Bangladesh for about 28 years!  From December 19, 1995 to September 2, 2017; I served in Eastland Insurance Company Ltd. mainly in the claim department and also performed additional responsibility for CAMLCO! From Sept. 4, 2017 to May 15, 2018, I served in Meghna Insurance Co. Ltd. as DMD and Branch In-Charge. From July 15, 2018 to April 29, 2019,   I served in Islami Commercial Insurance Company Ltd. as Additional Managing Director (Marketing), At present, from April 30, 2019, I am with Continental Insurance Ltd. as Assistant Managing Director & Head of Claim Department. I also served as Marketing Assistant in the Fertilizer Distribution Improvement Project (FDI-ll); [funded by USAID] of IFDC;[1993-94] and as SPO at ACI Pharmaceuticals Ltd. in 1995. I have completed week long Courses on Arbitration, Mediation (ADR), Anti-Money Laundering & CFT, Reinsurance Management organized at Home and Abroad. I completed Bachelor of Science (Hon’s) in Mathematics with Statistics and Economics  minor and Masters in Mathematics in the year 1987 and 1988 respectively  from the University of Chittagong, Bangladesh. The language at my Bachelor and Master's levels was in English. I passed 03 subjects of LLB(Hon’s) at the University of London in the year 2016.  I scored Band-6 in IELTS on March 13, 2004.
