Ground Operations are just as crutial as Air Operations..

Once again, 2 AOG’s because of lack of something missing, inspections, parts change, training, etc,etc. Now a days the aviation industry is full adits with a lot of waste papers, rules, regulations to fill the lack of manpower at maintenance and handling areas. They wont compensate the missing manpower with those craps of rules, regulations, TIC’s, etc but there is one place they can not touch, the flight crew. With that philosophy, lack of manpower, the HF errors increasing because people are overload on the task versus time for not delaying the flight causing huges stress on ground people that brings thoses sad movies, pictures. Something needs to be done to stop all this mess on aviation industry.
