Welcome to another episode of your story. Today we have another interesting staff member who will be joining us and sharing their professional practice, their professional journey. Our famous SSD Elementary Dean of students, Miss Greiner, welcome to the to the segment. Thank you, Mr. Manatt, for having me at your story segment. As you mentioned, my name is Mr. Anna. I am the Dean of students for elementary section and I am a member of SSD the students service department. Mr. Ron, it's it's a pleasure having you here. What my question, my first question to you, how tell us more about your journey? How did you arrive to Masala private school? First of all, I am at massage school since the opening gear. And my story is or my journey to massage school. I was working in another school before my previous school in Sharjah. And when COVID-19, we had, we had COVID-19. My school closed at that time, and then I got a call from massage school to come and work with them as a supervisor. So, you know, when a lot closes a door for you and it opens a new door for you, that's exactly what happened to me. That's a very interesting journey. So, you know, obviously, COVID-19 was very difficult for us all. So, yeah, well, I'm, I'm glad that you're part of our team. My question to you. And what's the most important professional practice for you? The most professional practice to me is how to lead your section successfully through leading them with the operations, procedures, communication to make everyone to make sure that everyone is on the right path. And this is what I'm focusing on since I joined massage school and I'm trying to fix the gaps. As much as I can and if we every year I can see the improvement to my section, how it was and how, how it went and how it will be. Also I'm putting approval improvement plan for the section. So every every year you will see something different in the section. Thank you for your leadership, Miss Swan, and it's it's it's evident across the school. My next question to you from the tasks and the role that you actually leading. What are the things that you enjoy most about your job? Actually, it's a very good question because as as me, as Rena, I love my job. I love everything about my job. The most thing I enjoy at my job is. To solve the issues. I feel that I am a dynamic person will have to move here and there and to try to solve problems issues, to fix gaps and if a parent have an issue, a staff member or a student, I really enjoy helping them and and I don't consider my job is a job, I consider that it is a part of my life. Thank you for sharing your passion. While last question, who is your hero or the person that inspires you to achieve? Well, Mr. Maynard, about getting inspired with one person, for me, it's not one person. It depends on the situation. But most of all, the special person who I got inspired by and the first leader for me, Miss Fadwa. Miss Fadwa, I was working with her and American School of Creative Science. She's the one who taught me everything from zero. She's the one who who was with me a good leader. She taught me that everyone can be leader but not everyone can be a good leader. And that's what I'm learning from her, how to be a good leader with my team. Mr. Anna, thank you for your time. Thank you for the insights about your journey. And the inspirations that you have shared with us today. And thank you for watching your story. Looking forward to another episode with another interesting staff member. Part of our massage private school community. Thank you, take care and goodbye.

Is your discipleship program moving people forward or leaving them behind?
One-size-fits-all doesn’t work when it comes to faith. People are at different stages in their journey, and each stage requires a unique approach.
In my latest post, I break down the 4 key categories of discipleship:
📌 Seekers: Curious and exploring.
📌 Students: Learning and growing.
📌 Shapers: Applying their faith.
📌 Stewards: Multiplying disciples.
Let’s create pathways that meet people where they are and help them move forward.
