In the past few years, there's been a stronger emphasis on quality patient care than ever. When COVID-19 introduced a good portion of the population to telehealth, many people began to realize just how much better their quality of care was when it took place in the comfort of their own homes. Patients sometimes wait months to see providers in person, but that doesn't tend to be the case with telehealth. It empowers patients to take control of their health journey to create a more personalized and preventative approach. The push for home-based care is certainly interesting—I expect we'll see an overall improvement in patient and physician experience. #Telehealth #Healthcare #PatientExperience
