🌟 Halfway Milestone Achieved! I'm excited to share my journey through the PM Cooperative Mid-Career program (https://lnkd.in/gzgQvSkv) at Women in Product, where I'm honing my skills in product management and much more. The past few weeks have been incredibly enriching, as we have delved deep into specific areas critical for any leader in today's dynamic environment. Here are some highlights of my learning: Building My Leadership Brand - I've learned how to articulate my unique value and cultivate a personal brand that resonates within my industry. Creating a Career Vision Snapshot - This program helped me map out a clear and compelling career vision, setting a strategic path for future growth and opportunities. Enhancing Influencing Skills - I've gained practical strategies to effectively influence stakeholders and drive decisions, even in complex and challenging situations. Handling Conflict - The tips and tricks shared have equipped me to manage and resolve conflicts more effectively, ensuring smoother team dynamics and better outcomes. I am thankful for the opportunity to grow alongside a community of inspiring product management peers and coaches and am eager to apply these insights as I advance in my career. The second half of the program promises even more growth, and I can't wait to see where this journey takes me! Here's to continual learning and leadership development! Thanks to the LiveRamp LearningPerks benefit which allowed me to enroll in this program ! #LeadershipDevelopment #ProductManagement #CareerGrowth #WomenInTech #WomeninProduct #LiveRamp

As we approach the end of October, I want to take a moment to share a few reflections on growth and learning that have stood out this month. Here are three key lessons that have been reinforced for me: 1. Whether you're diving deeper into a new field or sharpening existing skills, growth happens when you commit to learning, no matter how challenging it feels. The journey to mastering new knowledge or skills, like preparing for certifications or taking on leadership roles, may be tough, but the progress is worth it. 2. True leadership isn’t just about positions or titles; it’s about how we inspire, empower, and serve others. In every challenge, look for opportunities to make a positive impact on your team, your industry, and those around you. 3. We often focus too much on achieving the "perfect" outcome, but real success lies in the small, consistent steps we take each day. Recognize your progress and use it as fuel to keep moving forward. 💡 Remember: Keep learning, even when it’s uncomfortable. Lead with impact and purpose. Celebrate how far you’ve come, and keep pushing forward. #inspiredtosucceed

Radically User Focused | Doing Product Things and Helping Teams Grow | Always Advocating for the Tool that Closes the Gap
#productwalk <start> <Let’s take time to check-in and not check out.> ////Having spent time in the US Army, mentorship and development was a critical aspect to how we strenthened our teams. Nobody came in knowing everything (though some might have argued differently 😬).//// ///As a leader, it was our responsibility to coach and mentor our team on a recurring basis. Quarterly was mandatory, but more often was critical. A critical element behind this was bidirectional communication and self evalutation./// <So what does this mean for us folks outside of a structured domain?> //Do you take the time to reflect on where you’re at each month with the goals you have set? Do you self-evaluate and do you encourage your team to do the same?// <Let’s go back in time.> /Early on this year I did a product walk talking about the infectious nature of seeking joy in your daily professional life. how are you doing with this? How is your team doing with this?/ <lets_walk> <end> #leadership #mentorship #productmanagement #coaching #goals #productleadership #buildyourteam

Product Leadership & Transformation Coach ✪ Product-Market Fit Guide ✪ Author ✪ Lecturer ✪ Creating World-Class Product Leadership
I am currently working on market research for a new program (details coming soon), and as part of that research I am talking to a lot of product leaders and managers. When I ask what is important to them, there is one word that comes up again and again: it needs to be practical. Not just educational material that they will later have to apply on their own, but something that they can really apply right away. Something that leads them to immediate action and, accordingly, to results. The truth is that I was really happy to hear that, because that was exactly what guided me in building the CPO Bootcamp, and the new program will be based on the same principles. Therefore, if you notice, we never talk about the CPO Bootcamp as a "course", but as a "program" - because that’s what it is: a holistic program that takes you to your next level as product leaders. But it comes with a big commitment on your part: The reason it’s called a Bootcamp is because you come to work, not just listen. You will face your challenges head-on, build a winning product strategy, get the company management to follow it, and of course get out of your comfort zone, initially to even find time for all of this. And it works, for 10 cohorts already, as our 200 graduates can testify. It’s such a pleasure to hear the graduates say that they accomplished what we aimed for! Do you also want to boost your product leadership skills, and build a winning product strategy? The 11th CPO Bootcamp starts in May and now is the time to make it happen. https://bit.ly/2H0ntRf #productmanagement #infinify #product #productleadership #managementgroups #cpobootcamp #productleader #techopportunities #careergrowth

The second Product Weekend Leaders Retreat is not only coming, but also more accessible than ever! We're making sure that financial barriers don't stand in the way of great leadership 💪🏻 As part of this upcoming event, we are thrilled to partner with PRODUCTIZED to launch 3 exclusive scholarships. These are designed to give ambitious Product Leaders the opportunity to join our exclusive group of 20, even if they're not currently in a position to make the financial investment of the full ticket. We've already closed the first batch of 3 beneficiaries of this 45% scholarship due to high demand. But don't worry, we're planning to open 2 more scholarships with the support of our partners. That said, if you're eager to take your leadership to the next level, feel free to apply for a scholarship or for an invite to the full ticket. At Product Weekend, we believe in the power of shared experiences and learning, and we're committed to making this available to as many deserving Product Leaders as possible. Sr. Content Marketing Manager @ LogRocket | Talks about #thoughtleadership, #product, #productmanagement, #techleadership, and #saas
“You need a space where failing feels safe. If you're in an organization that doesn't like failing and will make a big deal of every failure, it's very hard to be a successful product manager. Be ready to fail, but fail intelligently, fail quickly, and above all, learn.” I recently had the opportunity to connect with Priyankka Mani for an insightful conversation about the important role of emotional intelligence in driving successful outcomes. Priyankka talked about how reframing her fear of failing into a learning mentality made her a more successful product leader. She also discussed how approaches to failure may differ based on a company’s size and resources. #ProductManagementLeadership #ProductLeadership #EmotionalIntelligence Link in the 1st comment 👇
