I have a couple of questions for the HR people. If you are actively posting an open position with your company and engaging candidates with phone, zoom or in person interviews, why is it commonplace to make the already interviewed candidates wait weeks sometimes months to find out if they were selected for the next stage? And why do you say “call or email with any questions “ and we do but you don’t reply?
