Change is difficult, it literally requires "effort" by it's very definition. As an organization, it comes down to if that effort is worth the change in value. GenAI, in it's present form, is a step change in technology which brings with it change opportunities throughout the entire organization. Some of the biggest challenges at this time are not about the technology and more about how to adopt change in the organization. POC the people/process change alongside the technology!

Intelligent Health AI 2024, Day 1 I had a great experience filled with engaging conversations, thought-provoking visions, and innovative demonstrations. My key takeaway: ’𝗩𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻’. While innovation is exciting, it is important to build value-driven solutions that seamlessly integrate with and augment existing workflows. I also participated in the workshop on ‘The art of scaling AI use-cases’ organized by Deloitte, where we discussed the key building blocks to scale AI initiatives. I joined the conversation on ‘Data Readiness’, where we explored the challenges of handling highly heterogenous and complex biomedical data and emphasized the importance of robust data governance in building a strong data foundation.
