Regretfully, layoffs have an impact on mental health as well as financial issues. However, a corporation may choose to lay off employees for a number of reasons. The most frequent justification is cost-cutting. Even with a stellar performance history, staff members could lose their jobs if the business had to cut costs. Reorganization, problems with performance, misalignment of skills, or a shift in approach are possible additional causes. To gain a better understanding of the rationale behind the actions, it could be beneficial to ask the HR department or the company's leadership for clarification if you are directly impacted by the situation. I also know some of my friends who recently got laid off from the company without getting proper reasons. I strongly advise you to keep your confidence intact despite these circumstances.

TGIF to all, surviving the week is not rocket science, just do your best, at your standard, you will make it through. l believe nowadays company benefit might not be the best for some company, and we are struggling between work and life, when illness comes, we don’t know how to manage it and things gets worse when money becoming an issue. Betting on company benefits might not be enough, no matter which level or status are you holding in the company, the higher you hold, the more money you need to spend, vice versa.
