Earplugs That Actually Rock—Meet Hears 🎧 If you've ever left a festival with your ears ringing like a fire alarm, you're not alone. The World Health Organization says 1.1 billion people (yes, billion with a "B") are at risk of hearing loss thanks to all that bass we love so much. And let's be honest—most of us have skipped the earplugs because they either look terrible or feel like stuffing a potato into your ear. Enter Hears. When superstar DJs Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano noticed they were one of the few people using hearing protection, they teamed up with us at ManGo Product Design to change that. Their goal? Create earplugs people actually want to wear—both functional and stylish. Hears had a vision: earplugs that not only protect your ears but also look good doing it. We started by crafting three stylish concepts, each with its own unique flair. The winning design? A sleek earplug that, when overlapped, forms a heart shape. The "Coin" design, with its luxe, jewelry-like finish, can even be customized with branding from top artists, clubs, and festivals. We also worked through the complexities of PPE certification, partnered with top OEMs, and engineered filters that balance noise reduction with perfect sound quality. The result? A product so good it won the internationally acclaimed Red Dot Design Award. So, next time you hit a festival, don’t just dress to impress—protect your ears with Hears. Your future self will thank you! Innovate in style, check: https://lnkd.in/eS7jJAB3 #HearingProtection #DesignInnovation #ProductDesign #IndustrialDesign #Hears #FestivalReady #RedDotAward

Let's stop treating earplugs like eclipse glasses, and start turning them into Big Sound Sunglasses 🔊 😎 There are a handful of causes that have the power to yank me out of bed in the morning and keep me awake late musing on them. One of them is our ability to experience powerful sound without feeling like an idiot when we take care of our hearing. Sunglasses are cool, earplugs are not. Today on my blog, I discuss the move a few brands like Loop Earplugs are making, to elevate Personal Volume Control to a stylish decision, not something that feels like wearing ugly safety equipment. For anyone living in the path of next week's #TotalEclipse, the comparison to those strange eclipse-glasses will make a lot of sense. To anyone else, you'll get it too ☀️ https://lnkd.in/ghuu6zAJ #culture #design #sound #earplugs #hearing

As a designer, simple habits can significantly boost focus. Starting with a tidy workspace sets a calm tone. Adding a small plant for freshness and playing instrumental music minimises distractions. Breaks for stretching and jotting down ideas in a notebook keep creativity flowing. These small routines create an optimal environment for productive design work. #DesignerFocus #TidyWorkspace #CreativeHabits #InstrumentalMusic #BreaksForCreativity #DesignProductivity

Working with clients to create influential and people centric workplaces. Building strong relationships based on trust, respect, and genuine care.
Stop, collaborate & listen.... Music affects the brain. It affects our emotions, our mood, our memory, and our ability to focus and learn, so one of the first things you should prioritize on your daily to-do list is deciding what to listen to. But how does music affect design? Well, we know it boosts creativity and our aim at Office Principles is to use behavioural science to create functional spaces that are balanced, productive & harmonious so our playlists are 🔥. Just as music sets a tone or atmosphere, we use the principles of design to consider whether a concept is on or off beat. Just like the combination of different notes or instruments sounds pleasing, we use colour and space and texture and materials and furniture and so much more to do the same! As music represents audible rhythm, it only makes sense that our schemes include visual rhythms. The existence of these similarities is one sure fire way to create unity. ⭕ (I could honestly go on and on about this...) We know what we like at OP and we are aware that what we listen to influences our designs. But we want to know what you listen to - share what's in your cans below. 👇 #neuroscience #interiordesign #fitout #principlesofdesign #parallels #wearetheexperts #wearethegeeks

The Magic of White Space: Why Less is More in Design! In a world where every pixel competes for attention, the unsung hero, white space, emerges as the champion of clarity and impact. Here’s why you should jump on the white space bandwagon: Breathe Easy: White space around your content acts like a breath of fresh air, inviting your audience to relax and absorb your message with ease. Let it Shine: Embracing white space allows your key elements to shine bright like diamonds amidst a sea of distractions, ensuring they get the spotlight they deserve. The Power of Pause: Just like in music, where the silence between notes creates rhythm, white space punctuates your design, enhancing its flow and making it a visual symphony. #DesignTips #WhitespaceDesign #VisualBalance #UserExperience #DigitalDesign #GraphicDesign #CreativeStrategy #VisualCommunication #SimplifyDesign #LessClutterMoreFocus

🎼 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸? Design in the 1950s was perceived as a harmonious blend of form and function, where aesthetics and purpose worked hand in hand 🎨. The first 𝗶𝗙 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 in 1954 celebrated the 𝗗𝗲𝗩𝗶𝗹𝗯𝗶𝘀𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝗳𝗮𝗴 – 𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 🏆, which revolutionized the visual and functional aspects of technical devices. This product was practical, simple, and beautifully designed, emphasizing the importance of industrial design in everyday life. This era coincided with a time when jazz icons like 𝗧𝗼𝗻𝘆 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗻𝗲𝘁𝘁, 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗮, and 𝗘𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗲 𝗙𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗿 🎶 brought music that was rhythmic, fluid, and sophisticated. Their music reflected the elegant and modern lines that began to appear in design. Industrial designers of the time, like jazz musicians, sought balance between aesthetics and functionality, with each line and detail thoughtfully crafted with purpose 💼. In essence, design and music in the 1950s shared a common goal: to transform everyday experiences into something more than just functional 🎷, adding art and rhythm to daily life. This combination made the design of the 1950s timeless, much like the enduring melodies of jazz legends 🎼. What Are Xylobands? Xylobands are LED wristbands that light up in sync with visuals, the music, or event theme. They have some next-gen tech inside that helps event organisers control them through Radio Frequency or RF signals. Hence, the wristband can flash, change colours, and pulse to the beat. It turns the whole audience into a glowing part of the show. These wristbands first grabbed attention in the Mylo Xyloto tour of Coldplay where the crowd became a part of a synchronised light show. The success of the Xylobands have become so widespread that from weddings to big concerts, product launches, they become a must-have for all kinds of events. How Do Xylobands Work? The main game changer behind Xylobands is RF receivers. When triggered by a remote signal, wristbands can change colours or light up with the help of these receivers. Here, the event team can control the time and the behaviour of wristbands. According to the mood or pattern of the event, they glow in various colours depending on what is happening on stage, flash to the beats of songs, or create light waves through the crowd. In some Xylobands, attendees can interact with wristbands through bluetooth or smartphone apps. So, with Xylobands, you are going to have been a living, breathing part of the light show of the event For information - https://lnkd.in/grxZMfcd Insta - https://lnkd.in/ggBHPbva... Call - 8013075529
