Kaplan has noticed an increased frequency of fraudulent job scams. Some of these scams carry Kaplan’s name and/or logo, and appear to be authorized communications; they might tout “Kaplan work from home” or “Kaplan data entry” or similar jobs.   In light of this activity, we would like to remind our customers and potential job seekers that Kaplan never asks job candidates to provide credit card, banking, PayPal or other personal financial details in connection with a job application or interview. We’ll never ask you to pay a fee for equipment. All of our open and legitimate jobs are listed on the Kaplan.com careers page, which you will find here: https://lnkd.in/en4t2phq Our recruiters will contact you from a corporate Kaplan email address or through LinkedIn with a message that includes a corporate Kaplan email. Our recruiters will not email from a private address such as Google, Yahoo, Protonmail, etc. And, our recruiters do not conduct interviews on a messaging app such as WhatsApp, Skype, Telegram, or other such platforms. If you have paid a scammer, please contact your bank and local law enforcement immediately. You may also file a report with the Federal Trade Commission (at ReportFraud.ftc.gov).
