This watch is, for me and my rarefied tastes, the most beautiful piece in the new collection. I like both the brown and green dials and they dovetail with the outdoors, tool watch concept behind the watch. The dimensions, well-balanced design and dial, easy legibility, and overall rugged looks make this piece a winner. Of course, any watch with a cushion case will beg comparison to Panerai, but Bremont is not the only brand, by far, to adopt this case shape. Moreover, many brand enthusiasts have already vehemently complained about the change of logo. At first, I was not totally convinced, but in the spirit of the brand's founding, the compass is synonymous with travel and adventure, and bonus: is not delimited to just aviation. Why decry that?! It's like déjà vu when Bennahmias introduced the 11:59 Collection and everyone slagged him off. What did they expect? Continual reincarnations of the Royal Oak?! Sod. Every brand at some point needs to broaden its appeal and build its community, while respecting its history, DNA, codes, etc. Being relevant, authentic, and telling your story in a compelling way is what will drive sales. And, for you watch enthusiasts out there, regardless of the business, recognize that sales is the fuel that flies the airplane. Period.
