A 43 y old female presented with significant lymphadenopathy, involving both supraclavicular and infradiaphragmatic regions, along with multiple focal lesions in the spleen since 2022 . Pathology: 1.5 y ago An excisional biopsy of a cervical lymph node revealed a dense, atypical lymphoid infiltrate with a vague nodular pattern. Immunophenotyping confirmed the diagnosis of Grade 2 follicular lymphoma, with a centroblasts count of 10/high power field. PET scan demonstrated extensive lymphadenopathy and multiple splenic lesions and splenomegaly , consistent with the pathological findings.
