3 months into building my tech startup ossa.ai, and we are about to cross 30k MRR (360k ARR): Here are the main focuses right now. - Diving deeper into the data we have collected and continue to collecting surrounding customer acquisition and our GTM strategy. - Continuously refining our ICP(s) and looking at behaviors, trends, and tendencies of our top 20% and 4%. - Hiring a new software engineering to support Jaden Bertino and the team in our efforts to consistency deliver more value to our users. - Optimizing agile workflows and ensuring that all work serves business value or gives value to our users.

But not just any BE eng. This is our Engineer #2, a tech lead, a one day VP eng to our formidable CTO Archa Jain. This is not just a role to build some software or an AI product. For the families we serve this is the chance to build THE software that puts bleeding edge AI to work in the very best of ways.. Like I said before: We run lean and we run fast.
