With Namah India, training goes beyond the activities. It goes into learning life-long lessons. Training activities are fun and all that, but they don't fulfil their purpose until everyone involved takes home the intended lesson. And sometimes, even more than that. That's why, we ensure that our training programmes go beyond completing a certain activity with our participants. We make it a point to keep our participants engaged and alert even after the actual activities are done by conducting an open session where they interact with the trainer. This interactiom ensures that the trainer and the participants understand each other well and helps both of them to grow together. The trainer makes it a point to explain the key-points that the people take from the activities, and the participants get a chance to reveal what they learned from what they did. That's what we call a win-win situation. Because a single activity can mean different things to different people. And when we share it with everyone, all of us grow together. . . . . #namahcorporatetraining #namaheventcompany #trainer #lessons #learningbyfun #knowledge #shimla #clientsatisfaction #outbondactivities

This week we delivered our Resource Skillset course in Manjimup, WA Living in regional communities can often present barriers to access these skills or tickets. When the nearest location to get them may be over 2 hours away. What if you have no car? What about the cost of fuel to get there and back if you’re already in a tight financial situation? What about the risk of fatigue management travelling there and back after an 8 hour day of training? What about the cost to pay for hotel accommodation? These barriers start to make even getting the tickets to get the skills for the job opportunities harder to reach. We’re so proud to work collaboratively to knock down that barrier by bringing this course to the doorstep of regional towns for individuals to gain access. Our participants are eager to pursue a positive pathway towards meaningful employment and this can often be the first step in that direction. We are focused on providing opportunities for individuals who have faced adversity or barriers by creating access to a supportive training environment and providing relevant skills to increase employability. This is our mission. And when you have an on-site trainer who is equally passionate about that mission, great things start to happen. Our trainer Ben Vulich has his heart in the game and equally provides the utmost professional and quality training delivery. When a student turns round at the end and says “I wish this course would never end” we know our job is done ✅ Real Training Options TrainingU #manjimup #regionalwa #resourceindustry #skillstraining #breakingbarriers #collaboration #support #positiveimpact
