There's something truly remarkable about continuity! During my tenure as the head of assignment and editor-in-chief at eNCA, Ben and I had a unique habit of asking candidates, "Who is the deputy minister of transport?", and surprisingly, 99% of them got it wrong! We shared a knowing eye contact every time we posed that question. Fast forward to today, I find myself marveling at the ease with which the current Minister of Transport, Sindisiwe Chikunga, handles all transport-related matters. She has undoubtedly proven her worthiness and competence to hold such a significant position. #LeadershipJourney #ContinuityInAction
