We are thrilled to showcase the latest urban regeneration projects from around the world at MAPIC, where retail plays a crucial role in revitalising and making cities more dynamic. This week, we highlight the incredible transformation of the Norblin Factory in Warsaw, Poland, a finalist at MAPIC Awards 2023 - Best Urban Regeneration Project. Developed by Capital Park Group and designed by PRC Architekci, this historic site has been reimagined as a vibrant mixed-use development, integrating historical buildings with modern architecture. The Norblin Factory now offers over 65,000 sqm of space, including A-class offices, unique entertainment venues, food and beverage outlets, and retail concepts. Key attractions include the KinoGram boutique cinema, Bio Bazar market, and the expansive Food Town with 24 restaurant concepts. Major tenants such as Allegro.pl and Japan Tobacco Inc. (JT) International’s Global Business Services Centre further enrich this dynamic space. This project exemplifies how thoughtful urban regeneration can breathe new life into city spaces, creating destinations where people can live, work, and play. Join us at MAPIC 2024 in Cannes from 26th to 28th November to explore more about how retail is shaping the cities of tomorrow. Don't miss the opportunity to see firsthand the innovative projects setting new standards in urban regeneration. #UrbanRegeneration #MixedUseDevelopment #RetailInnovation #MAPIC2024 #NorblinFactory #FutureOfCities
