Recognize toxic situations: Whether it's a job, relationship, or friendship, learn to spot when an environment is hurting you more than helping. 2. It's okay to leave: You have the right to remove yourself from harmful situations. 3. Your well-being matters: Your mental and emotional health should be a top priority. 4. Self-worth comes from within: Your value doesn't depend on others' opinions or approval. 5. Don't try to "fix" toxic environments: It's not your job to change others or prove your worth to them.
