life is not only about cup winning or award winning moments. if we want only cup winning moments, applause, standing ovation, it will be only around a few minutes or few hours but we need the rest of our life too failures, setbacks, criticism, not recognised - these are the areas which develop us struggling times, days of training, hours of performance are all the steps to winning moments failures in the interview asked me to practise and rehearse more unemployment times taught me to develop the skills needed in the job market where you can sell yourself one single speech to make the crowd to notice me took hours of preparation embracing each and every moment of life without seeing it as a failure or success, you can find life in it.

Head,Talent Acquisition at Berkadia India ( a joint Venture of Berkshire Hathaway and Jefferies Financial Group)
CDP syndrome …I am not referring CDP as Career Development Plan but rather state as Commitment , Dedication & Passion . I am so moved by Amir Hussain’s passion towards the game of cricket. His Never give up attitude, focus and PASSION to give his best is a huge learning & take away for me . Amir reminds all of us stating “Nothing is impossible” if you give your more than 100% in whatever you do. Amir has inspired me, provoked some thoughts and brought in a lot of motivation & energy to push extra mile to be a better professional. My thoughts are , Initially if you have/display CDP (Commitment, Dedication & Passion) syndrome in your careers then your managers/ leaders would define a CDP ( Career Development Plan) for you which will have a long term impact on your career .

Two-time Masters champion Scottie Scheffler would be such an awesome CSM. ⛳ During CBS's broadcast, Trevor Immelman said one reason Scheffler is currently the number one ranked golfer in the world is his course management. He sees the whole field and knows when to be aggressive, when to pull back, what's coming up, what's behind him, and what is the best way to better position himself on every single stroke. He doesn't take any swing for granted; each one should improve his position on the leaderboard or prevent him from losing ground. A CSM looking at his or her book of business could learn from this approach. Lots of these accounts are pars. Let's get them to be as successful as possible by constantly bringing value and delight, and we can ensure we maintain their business. Of course, we're all going to make a bogey, but that's to be expected and we can make up for it. Let's spend a lot of time looking for birdies on the holes where we have a better chance of making them. Where can we improve by one stroke? What situation gives us the opportunity to pull ahead just a little more? What shots do we need to make in order to get it in the hole? Is there luck? Sure. Sometimes you're hoping to save par and you end up with a double eagle. But lucky folks are much more likely to be prepared when opportunity presents itself. They can see the whole course and can be strategic with when to take those aggressive shots. And maybe a couple of times in a career, we get an ace and we buy everybody a round.

When I won my first ever gold medal, I knew I had fundamentally failed. Everybody wants to be the best. Everybody around is competing for that title, for that award, for the job not realising it is going to cost them something way more precious within their heart. Competition is ingrained in us right from the day we are born. It's the biggest burden passed down by the elders, a baggage that will pull us down forever. 👏 When I won a gold medal in MCom, everybody around me was proud. 👎 But, I lost every single friend and peer I had because they saw me as competition. And this story continued every single time I lifted a trophy every single time I won a competition every single time I climbed the stage to receive an award Competition kills your human ability to work together and collaborate. It kills your ability to collectively create something beautiful. It kills your social circle making you just a lone wolf, who is great but still alone. "Power of Collective" like this picture rightly points out, its time we stop competing with each other and start collaborating. Competition is like comparing a fish's ability to a tiger's ability, so useless Because Each one of us have a unique ability. Each one of us is different from the other. Each one of us has a super power. and together we can do a lot more. Most important, together we can create a lot more happiness than otherwise. #motivation #motivationalstories #motivational #inspiring #inspirational #inspiringstories #keynote #keynotespeaker #collaborate #compete #competion
