🎅🏼 A Message from the CEO of M HEAVY TECHNOLOGY - Reflecting on the Past Year and Looking Ahead 🥂 #MHeavy_word_of_CEO As we approach the end of another year, I reflect on the journey we've embarked upon at M HEAVY TECHNOLOGY. This year, like every other, brought its unique challenges and trials, mainly testing the resilience and ingenuity of our team. However, during these challenging times, we often find ourselves driven to innovate and expand, exploring new horizons and broadening our scope of influence. 🚀 New Ventures and Achievements This year has been significant in terms of our expansion and diversification. We ventured into new domains, such as the production of #yellowphosphorus, the thickening of #metallurgicalsludges, and the mining and processing of #copperore and #titanium. These new directions signify our growth and our commitment to exploring uncharted territories. 🌍 Expanding Our Global Footprint Our technological solutions have reached new geographies, including Uzbekistan, Austria, Bulgaria, and Turkey. We've forged strong partnerships with dozens of reliable clients, such as Novozhambyl Phosphorus Plant in Taraz (part of KAZPHOSPHATE LLP), Kazakhstan, UZLITI Engineering, Tashkent, Uzbekistan, and Strategic Alliance STAL GmbH in Austria, and many more. These collaborations are a testament to our growing influence and the trust we've built in the industry. 🔧 Innovation at the Core Innovation remains at the heart of what we do. We've refined our project execution methods, embracing #CFDmodeling, #BIMdesigning, and artificial intelligence. These advancements enhance our efficiency and ensure we stay at the forefront of technological evolution. 🌱 A Commitment to a Better World Each year, we strive to make the world a better place. We're dedicated to reducing the environmental impact of industrial units, improving efficiency, and minimizing the consumption of energy resources and raw materials. Our goal is to help existing enterprises achieve stable and sustainable operations. 🌟 A Vision for the Future As we look towards the new year, I wish for a shift in global priorities. Instead of news about wars, the extinction of species, or the creation of lethal weapons, I hope we witness the birth of technologies that preserve human life and the beauty of our planet. Technologies that reduce hunger minimize humanity's negative impact on Earth and even help us conquer space. For our team at M HEAVY TECHNOLOGY, it would be an honor to be part of this positive change, contributing to a better future for our planet. Join us at M HEAVY TECHNOLOGY as we continue to innovate and contribute to a sustainable future. Let's make the coming year a milestone in our collective journey towards progress and environmental stewardship. #YearInReview #NewYearVision #EnvironmentalStewardship

We continue to ✔️ the targeted actions set out in our Queensland Resources Industry Development Plan (QRIDP). Last week, supported by $5.7 million committed in the plan to expand the Resources Centre of Excellence, the new Future Industries Hub FlexiLab in Mackay was launched. The FlexiLab processing plant, one of the first of it’s kind in Australia will connect the brightest minds in resources research, technology and education. We caught up with Carlye Sycz, Executive Director, Reform Strategy and Delivery to understand why these contemporary facilities are important – and why it’s fundamental that we continue to support and empower our regions. "By fostering collaboration among government, industry, and research institutes, Queensland can unlock tremendous opportunities for a forward-thinking resources industry that grows in a responsible and sustainable way. The FlexiLab in Mackay will provide an innovative space to test and research minerals processing opportunities, building on existing knowledge in the region and meeting the evolving needs of the global market.” Designed by The University of Queensland's Sustainable Minerals Institute, the flexible, fully-automated, laboratory-scale testing facility will enable the resources industry to test and process essential minerals, critical for new technologies. The lab will also play a pivotal role in helping to unlocked value from mine waste, by facilitating the testing and refining of the recovery process for a diverse range of critical minerals from tailings. What an opportunity to diversify the region! #QueenslandResources #FutureReady #connectiontocommunity

Supplying the battery industry in the EU with domestic raw materials is a declared goal of the Li4LIFE EU Project. Lithium in particular is the focus of attention. 🔋 Coordinated by the ICAMCyL Foundation the project partners are developing efficient technologies for extracting lithium from unused deposits and post-mining tailings. Innovative processing methods are being used to process lithium into battery-grade lithium carbonate. In the project, we evaluate the purity of the lithium carbonate in order to determine the tolerable limit of impurities that may be contained in the recycled active cathode material. I just added quite a few shares of stock in Lithos Group LTD (LITSF) to my portfolio, and I'm excited about the potential it holds. Lithos' patented lithium mining extraction methods have caught the attention of analysts, who anticipate other companies (like Albemarle and others) to follow suit. While I can't predict the future, my extensive research and multiple public open source analyses have convinced me that Lithos has enough potential to warrant a roll of the dice. #investing #lithiummining #LITSF #LithosGroupLTD https://lnkd.in/exBeT_ae

Start-up tech firms, including Ucore Rare Metals Inc. and Aether, are racing to transform the way rare earths are refined for the clean energy transition, a push aimed at turbocharging the West's expansion into the niche sector that underpins billions of electronic devices. "The existing rare earths refining process is a nightmare," said Isabel Barton of University of Arizona Mining & Geological Engineering. "That's why there are so many companies promising new methods, because we need new ones." If one or more of these novel processing technologies succeed as hoped by 2025, they could slash reliance on Chinese rare earths technology and its toxic by-products. "We looked at existing technologies and said, 'There's a better way of doing this,'" said Mike Crabtree of the Saskatchewan Research Council (SRC), which is developing its own processing technique. "We wanted to put our own spin on it." Here's my latest story on the sector. #rareearths #cleanenergy #refining #tech #processing https://lnkd.in/g2uRasXi
