When Taryn Crouthers and I first connected, it was love (and admiration) at hello. I was inspired and impressed by ATTN:, the leading purpose-driven, storytelling media company. It was clear that we needed to make magic together. Our brands are both: ✨ Power houses on social ✨ Driving business outcomes for partners ✨ Mission first So, our team at The Female Quotient is thrilled to partner with ATTN: on a first of its kind initiative to address the gender gap through transformational media. The World Economic Forum says it will take 131 years to close the gender gap, but by highlighting women across industries and supplying women with the necessary tools to succeed, we will be one step closer to shortening this timeline. Our partnership has launched with a multifaceted media campaign, The AI Opportunity, a 360 degree, first-to-market platform that will educate and empower women to seize opportunities in AI. The campaign will feature bespoke digital video content, a video podcast conversation series, in-person events, and a content hub to support women, business leaders, consumers, and beyond. As gen AI continues to rise, it will impact every industry at a global scale. Yet, women are already being left behind with only 26% of women making up the AI workforce. With the global AI market set to reach $190.61B by 2025, together, we will produce original content that supports women climbing the ranks in the business world, creating equitable outcomes in their personal lives and closing the gender gap. The AI Opportunity will launch later this year with brand partners committed to empowering women in AI through this trillion dollar industry, changing the course of tech for generations to come. The first of many campaigns, our partnership will also address gender gaps in other industries, including women in sports. Yesterday, RTRS had the privilege of attending a remarkable Woman in Tech event in the vibrant city of Chicago. The event buzzed with energy as attendees, including representatives from Abbott, McDonald's, John Deere, United Airlines, State Farm, Discover, Gallagher and Adyen, gathered to celebrate and amplify the voices of accomplished women across various industries. The keynote speakers illuminated the stage with their wisdom, showcasing how championing a diverse workforce not only fosters innovation but also propels companies to the forefront of the tech industry. One of the central themes of the event was the future of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its profound impact on the tech landscape. While AI isn't a novel concept, its rapid accessibility to the general public underscores the need for adaptability among tech professionals. As technology continues to evolve at breakneck speed, we must embrace flexibility in navigating the ever-changing career terrain it presents.
