Where does your food come from?   The grocery store. The refrigerator. A restaurant.  All are “correct” answers, but how does our food get there?  The Food + Farm Exploration Center is here to teach everyone just how our food does make its way to us. Younger learners can learn about agriculture through play! All ages can explore the intersection of farming and food, the people who make it happen, and the processes that take it from field to fork through interactive exhibits. No matter your place in the agrifood supply chain, it is prudent to first understand the realities of farming before developing ways to change it. So as a self aware omnivore, would I try cultivated meat? YES ABSOLUTELY. Why? Well i suppose the answer is simple for me, us humans are terrible creatures & have done our level best to destroy our ecosystem. We need to change what we do, how we do, where we do & when we do..... There is no one silver bullet, it will take many to undo / repair what we have done.
