35+ Years of Leadership Experience | Founder, Executive & Board Member | Leadership & Strategy Consultant | We make better leaders

"Shut up and listen." 🤐👂 This was a learning in a recent 3-days leadership workshop we conducted with a group of excellent senior leaders from Marchon Eyewear. A key takeaway? Ask meaningful, powerful questions, then shut up and listen. Other insights included topics like: - Freeing up enough of your own capacity to reflect - Delegating as much as possible (and only do yourself what you truly MUST do yourself) - Coming together to connect, exchange, and learn helps boosting the team spirit These insights enable you as a leader to achieve sustainably excellent business results and people development by helping others do what’s right. Congratulations to Gabriele Bonapersona, Barbara Salimbeni, Lev Gelfand, Georgios N. Diamantis (He/ Him/ His), Luisa Comel, Alan Pijohn, Gabriele Cappelli, Matthé Marquet and Pablo Valero to your excellent contributions! Thank you Marchon Eyewear and Thomas A. Burkhardt for enabling this extraordinary experience. Thank you Kris Sirchio for your excellent training and coaching. #LEITWOLF #leadership #teamworkshop #team

I learnt a lot from this training! Inspirational facilitators Stefan Homeister and Kris Sirchio, creating an open collaborative environment where we grew both individually and even more importantly, as a team. By far the best training I’ve had the opportunity to participate! Thank you!

So inspiring to learn together with you Alan, and the entire team from Marchon - thank you for your outstanding contributions and role modeling that made the event so impactful!
