🔍 When it comes to predicting shear strength in granular materials, precision is paramount. Our latest study introduces a novel criterion that aligns impressively with the ideal predictive accuracy, as shown in our recent validation tests. While some models overestimate (Indraratna 1993, 1994 and 1998), others like Barton-Kjaersli 1981, may underestimate the sheer strength. Perfect. Since the focus of the data is emphasis on lower values, it's better to plot the data in LOG scales (both axes).
