Operationalizing improvement efforts can be difficult, but consider it as a journey. Start with habit-building manual efforts, like the first round of a game you're unfamiliar with, then develop comfort and familiarity with new tools and processes, and eventually establish enough buy-in that the improvements become culturally embedded. Rinse and repeat according to priorities.
