🚀This month, we welcomed 20 promising pre-seed startups to PorterShed for the NDRC #PreAccelerator Showcase 📈Throughout the past six weeks, these 20 startups have dedicated themselves to the relentless pursuit of building and expanding their ventures. Through regular check-ins, mentorship, workshops and fireside chats, the cohort accumulated fresh knowledge and established new connections! Many thanks to our mentors from the wonderful PorterShed community, who were assigned to each team, with 3 mentoring sessions over 6 weeks. 🙏Thanks to all our incredible mentors for giving up their time to give back to the ecosystem 🎯For our Showcase, we hosted heat rooms for our cohort to pitch in front of established VCs, angel investors and mentors. 🙌A special shout out to our pitch panel on the day who gave incredible insights and feedback to the participating startups. Thanks to Donnchadh Cullinan, Kevin Donnelly, Michelle O'Grady, Dermot Berkery, Jeremy Debono, Caitriona Lynch, Cillian Sugrue, Nancy Holland, Gemma Marshall and Ian Browne. A fantastic collection of great minds within the startup ecosystem. 🤝A huge thanks also to our guest speakers who dialled in throughout the six weeks for guidance and support… Darragh Mc Kay, Patrick Collins, Katie Farrell, Aideen Leacy, Andreea Wade Mary Ryan and Niall McEvoy 🎖️Some notable progress made by some of these companies included hiring 4 additional employees, getting plugged into new networks in Ireland through their mentors, attracting new investment opportunities and launching beta products! 🌐Looking to get involved in any upcoming NDRC supports?
