"Maria, can we see more? just to compare..." Reflecting on the hiring process today. 🤔 It's crucial for hiring managers to recognize the value of a good candidate when they see one. Constantly seeking more candidates for the sake of comparison not only slows down the recruitment process but also sends a message about decision-making incapability. ⏳ Time is of the essence in securing top talent, and the risk of losing a standout candidate increases with prolonged indecision. Let's strive for efficiency and timely decisions in our hiring strategies! MARIA HARABAGIU because this is one of the main reasons recruiting takes so long, candidates have a bad experience. Why compare when you already found the right candidate in a very competitive market where other companies are moving faster? Of course it has nothing to do with making an important decision "fast" but really understanding that is not necessary to see more when you already interviewed and found the right one. Real TA advisors have complicated conversations with hiring managers 🙋♀️.
