They confirm that hiring teams want you to have experience with A LOT of tools and technologies. Even on python there is more technical side to it , with specific tatgetted libraries .
An unending bread of skills sounds delicious! Jokes aside, alone the term “MLOps” already implies a bunch of skills, but it’s really nice having a breakdown and some numbers the way you guys did it. Kudos on the article! I’ll be following your substack now :)

It seems to be inadequate in its essential function of matching the right candidates to the appropriate roles. There's an implication that the existing system's ineffectiveness is such that selecting candidates at random might yield equally suitable, if not better, outcomes. This suggests a critical need for a thorough review and modernization of recruitment strategies to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the hiring process.
