Great video. Sustainability is good for business and it's about progressively changing our business model and how we do business. I agree it starts with a culture of openness and transparency and it's a journey.
I’m so proud of my daughter, Holly, for helping Virgin stay true to its purpose of Changing Business for Good. Since the age of five, Holly had always wanted to be a doctor growing up, and studied so hard to get into medical school and become a junior doctor. While I would have loved for her to have dreamed about working for Virgin, I loved how passionate she was about medicine. However, when she became avid about businesses being a force for good in the world, I knew she would be brilliant at ensuring our purpose remains embedded into everything we do at Virgin.
