The term "Artificial Intelligence" can be intimidating, as it often sparks concerns about job displacement. By automating tasks that offer no significant contribution to an organization's bottom line and scalability, we free up precious resources. This newfound efficiency allows us to harness the unique talents and skills of our workforce effectively, enabling them to contribute to the broader goals and bigger cost of the organizations.
