NMDC - Egypt Branch is Hiring: AP Accountant Job Description: Prepare and process various financial documents, including purchase orders, invoices, cheque requests, and contract payments, ensuring proper matching and verification before posting. Monitor, guide, and oversee the work of assistant accountants, ensuring accurate financial information distribution and reporting. Develop and maintain accurate and timely cash flow data, manage debt collection efforts, and oversee bad debt provisions and write-off recommendations. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders to resolve outstanding debt issues and invoicing risks. Ensure compliance with IFRS, review financial statements, and recommend corrective actions for account variations. Prepare management responses for internal audits, maintain finance workflow matrices, and keep track of monthly and quarterly management reports. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s in Commerce or Accounting; CA, ACCA, or CPA preferred. Proficiency in invoice administration, document control, and finance software. Ability to multitask, work independently, and perform gap analysis. Good command of the English language. Experience in finance for marine construction or oil & gas sectors.
