Here are a few challenges I’ve tackled recently: 🔧 Reverse Engineering for Precision: In a complex project, I optimized a product’s damping system by adjusting multiple parameters like O-ring compression and spacing. After research and countless iterations, we achieved the desired soft-closing functionality. 🛠 Assembly Issue Solved with Teamwork: During a project, an assembly space issue arose post-production. By collaborating with QC and Production, we identified multiple solutions and chose the best one to ensure smooth assembly and functionality. ⏳ Process Optimization with MS Project: I implemented MS Project for predictive scheduling, reducing project timelines by 30% through efficient resource allocation and early identification of bottlenecks. Challenges are a chance to learn, adapt, and continuously improve.
