In 2010, I joined full time at Redefine and today after fifteen years we are over 100 plus strong team. One of the core responsibilities as a founder is to build team apart from business development. The PR outreach has started on the Hamburg Games Conference Opportunity Ticket and I would like to share a few more words on this lovely initiative. It's a classic Wolf Lang idea that arose after he had to close THREAKS, and conversations on the topic of layoffs with people who recently went through a layoff, including myself. This year alone it's already 6,218 people. Although we try to recoup expenses through sponsors, the "Rattenschwanz" (German: refers to rat's tail, the unexpected work that comes as part of a project) puts a lot of pressure on our team, ranging from communications with peers and partners, ticketing management, or kneeling in front of our financial controlling. 🙏 We gladly bear the burden because this initiative benefits our industry. In the meantime, we're looking for further ways to enhance this initiative, for example by incorporating a sophisticated #Recruiting/ #Career / #HR #Sourcing solution that integrates with MeetToMatch.
